Reframio Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

Reframio is sold through a Merchant of Record. This means you purchase the product from the Merchant of Record, and the product is licensed to you by Reframio. Refunds are handled by the Merchant of Record in accordance with this policy.

2. Refunds

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of the Merchant of Record and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. For refund requests, contact us at support@reframio.app or use the options in your purchase confirmation.

3. Fraud and abuse

The Merchant of Record will refuse a refund request if they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles them to counterclaim the refund.

4. Consumer rights

This policy does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.

5. Consumer right to cancel

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel and return the product within 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction, without giving any reason. Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, stream or otherwise acquire, or to products which you have had the benefit of. If you cancel, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which the Merchant of Record is informed of your decision, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

6. Subscriptions

There are no refunds on unused subscription periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
