Reframio ("we", "us") provides a web-based practice companion for therapist-client collaboration, self-guided exercises, journaling, assessments, and progress tracking.

Reframio is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content, templates, and tools are informational and educational. Always seek advice from qualified professionals for any mental or physical health concerns.

Reframio is not designed for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger or considering self-harm, call your local emergency number or seek urgent help immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reframio. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

If you are a therapist, you are responsible for how you use Reframio with clients and for complying with your professional rules and local laws. Invites expire after 72 hours. When linked, the therapist can see client submissions, assessment results, and timeline; session notes and private therapist notes are not visible to the client. You can unlink a client from your profile. If you are a client, your therapist may assign templates or review submissions based on the relationship established outside Reframio.

Assessment results (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, WHO-5) are self-reported and informational only. Severity labels are auto-calculated and do not constitute clinical diagnoses. You should discuss results with a qualified professional.

Session notes and private therapist notes are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. If you lose access to your account, encrypted data may be unrecoverable.

Some features require a paid subscription. Billing terms, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund policies will be communicated when payment functionality becomes available.

Reframio creates recurring assignments and calendar reminders automatically. We are not liable for missed reminders or undelivered notifications.

You may create content (notes, submissions, responses). You own your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service.

All rights in the service — including design, code, system templates, and trademarks — belong to Reframio. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.

You agree not to:

• use the service for illegal purposes;
• attempt to access other users' data without authorization;
• upload malware or interfere with the service;
• abuse, harass, or threaten others.

We aim to keep Reframio available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or to protect the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reframio is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Serbia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you for material changes.
